Nationwide College Brand Ambassador program for Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, with campus sampling, UGC social content, and Sephora in-store activations.
Overview
Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare partnered with EvolveZ to introduce a clinical skincare brand best known among parents to the next generation of Gen Z skincare consumers. The program focused on three goals among college students: brand awareness, product trial, and Sephora conversion, delivered through on-campus sampling, social content, and in-store activations.
EvolveZ deployed 28 Ambassadors across 5 universities in a depth-over-breadth program to maximize presence at a small set of high-priority campuses. Each Ambassador received 1,000 product samples to hand out through a mix of high-traffic campus tabling and more intimate student organization drops. The semester centered on two products: first DermInfusions Plump + Repair Lip Treatment as the hero, then a new product launch mid-semester.
Alongside sampling, Ambassadors promoted and executed events at their local Sephora stores, highlighting the Dr. Dennis Gross section and offering free samples. They also created TikTok posts, Instagram Reels, and Instagram Stories that worked Dr. Dennis Gross into real Gen Z skincare routines.
EvolveZ ran the program end to end: recruiting and vetting Ambassadors, training them across both product launches, reviewing content, promoting and coordinating Sephora events, and rolling up campaign results in CreatorIQ.
