Over a decade of running programs, building teams, and working with brands of every size, three problems kept showing up.

First, brands trying to scale Ambassador programs internally hit a wall fast. Recruitment across hundreds of campuses, student payroll, compliance, content approvals, shipping logistics, scheduling. The coordination alone becomes a full-time job for a team that already has a full-time job.

Second, the agencies that did exist weren't built for scale. Loose processes, inconsistent execution across markets, and no real workflow controls. A brand manager needs a partner that operates at their standard.
